perfect locationnearby restaurantsweird toneuncomfortable experience
The location was perfect. Straight nonstop bus for €7 runs across the street, which helped a lot. The hotel is located on a street with many restaurants to try. The staff was friendly and helpful.
the initial woman who checked me in was not very helpful, I would even go to say a bit rude. I inquired about the exchange rate as the credit card machine asks for preference, she said since I was american I choose USD. I was thrown off by her annoyance towards me, it set a WEIRD tone for me. I felt uncomfortable asking the front desk for anything after that.
